We provide a wide range of support for adults with disabilities to promote independence and opportunity.
Our Programs
Easterseals is leading the way to full equity, inclusion, and access by enriching education, enhancing health, expanding employment, and elevating community. We do this through life-changing programs\services and on-the-ground supports for children and adults with disabilities, families, and local communities.

Rural Solutions
Rural Solutions offers hope for many farm families and rural residents with disabilities. It helps them to either stay or return to farming and their communities. Team members know about resources in the state for rural families with disabilities. They actively seek services to improve their lives. -
Supported Community Living
Supported Community Living (SCL) provides people with disabilities the opportunity to live as independently as possible in the community. Service includes support with safety, housekeeping, finances, communication, employment, socialization, transportation and wellness. -
Life Club
Our Adult Day Habilitation program, Life Club, takes place on site at Camp Sunnyside and provides skill training for greater independence. -
Host Home Program
In the Host Home Program, we pair a person in need of daily support community living services with a single provider. The client moves into the providers home and lives with the provider and their family. -
Clients Socially Integrated (CSI)
Clients Socially Integrated is a community-based day program for adults with disabilities focused on learning transferable skills that lead to independence in the community. This is achieved by spending the day out in the community, learning to navigate the public transportation system, relationship building, problem solving and deciding as a group what activities to do. -
Case Management
Easterseals Iowa Case Managers promote independence by proactively partnering with individuals and their families. We connect with services and supports to best meet every person’s unique needs.
