Easterseals Iowa provides exceptional services to ensure that all people with disabilities or special needs and their families have equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play in their communities.

Our Programs

Easterseals is leading the way to full equity, inclusion, and access by enriching education, enhancing health, expanding employment, and elevating community. We do this through life-changing programs\services and on-the-ground supports for children and adults with disabilities, families, and local communities.

    Respite Services

    The Easterseals Iowa Respite program provides temporary care for children and adults with disabilities, allowing parents/caregivers a break on scheduled respite weekends twice monthly.

    Summer Camp Sunnyside

    Summer Camp Season is always exciting at Camp Sunnyside! Applications are available for Summer Camp 2025. We offer online registration, however paper applications are available upon request.

    Child Development Center

    We provide a wide range of support for children with disabilities to promote independence and opportunity. Our Child Development Center at Camp Sunnyside provides education in an integrated setting for children with and without disabilities.

    Case Management

    Easterseals Iowa Case Managers promote independence by proactively partnering with individuals and their families. We connect with services and supports to best meet every person’s unique needs.
