The Lodge - Hero Hall
Our spacious Lodge seats up to 130 people comfortably or 250 standing. Up to 20 tables (round & rectangle are available). It can be set up for smaller meeting or events spaces. Show videos, slideshows or presentations on our state-of-the-art AV system that is also HDMI compatible. WiFi is available and you are welcome to bring in decorations for any occasion. This space is flexible enough to hold birthday parties, family reunions, holiday parties, retreats, conferences, banquets, wedding receptions and more.

Variety Recreation Center
So many opportunities await in the Variety Rec Center. This recreational space is great for indoor activities from teambuilding to basketball. Maximum capacity is 118 standing; 50x110 foot, 2 sets of bleachers (15 foot each), limited close parking.

Rockwall (separate rental, inside the Variety Recreation Center)
Limited recreational space and limited close parking.
Current Pricing: $100/hour/rope

Cabins
Overnight lodging is available for up to 140 people onsite at Camp Sunnyside. These accessible lodges include indoor showers, laundry facilities, a common area and screened-in porch. Includes FEMA approved storm shelter.  Sleeping supplies not provided.

McAninch Family Aquatic Center
Our heated indoor pool has tons of fun for up to 60 kids and adults. The pool is fully accessible with zero entry, and features a huge water-dumping bucket, fountains, wading areas, a deep end and splash pad. There are two restrooms with showers and changing areas. Teen Space
This is a smaller indoor area for more intimate gatherings, such as a showers or small birthday parties.  Maximum capacity is 40 people with seating for 20.
Current Pricing: $75/hour

Outdoor Spaces
We have several locations at Camp Sunnyside for outdoor activity rental. This includes a large meadow and area around our beautiful Lake Cherio. Party is responsible for all necessities (ex: tables, chairs, coolers, etc). Reach out to rentals@eastersealsia.org or 515-805-7029 for package and pricing information. 

NOTE: 

• All rental areas must be cleaned by end of the allotted time or deposit is forfeited.
• Alcohol cannot be sold at event but can be served with proper licensing.  Off-duty police officer is required for supervision with alcohol.
