For people with mental retardation or developmental disabilities Easter Seals' Achieving Independent Methods (AIM) program provides a unique managed care plan.  AIM offers a full range of direct services including employment, housing, healthcare needs, recreation and socialization.  By using a team approach Easter Seals Iowa is capable of searching out and identifying all of the benefits available to an individual client.
